Finding the right therapist takes time, and I take no offense whatsoever if we have a first meeting and you feel that working with me isn’t the right fit for you: I value honesty and want you to feel empowered to do what’s best for you. I offer 55 minute online Zoom (or Skype) sessions, and the link will be sent by email in advance.
